Description in English: The little bear cried inconsolably because he had lost his dream. The giraffe then stretched out its long neck and searched the sky; the traveling horse traveled the earth and the frog sank to the bottom of the river… But none of the things they brought back made the bear stop crying… What does a pink bear dream of? The giraffe offered him a scarf; the horse, some horseshoes and the frog a pair of sunglasses… But without realizing, each of them had been chasing their dreams and not those of the pink bear.
Only the owl, an animal associated with wisdom, realizes the error and corrects it. In a simple and effective way, Roberto Aliaga presents us with a story with which we learn that being supportive requires putting oneself in the place of others and understanding them. It takes much more than good intentions to help someone, and the owl, who knows it, begins by asking the little bear what his dream is.
